Membership Has Its Rewards

As a valued member of ASIA, we hope we can enlist your support in our new membership campaign which is being launched this month. The goal is to recruit 150 new members into ASIA over the next 18 months. Over the past few decades, ASIA has "matured" as the premier organization for health care professionals involved in spinal cord injury medicine. We continue to expand our programs and activities, making ASIA a very dynamic and powerful leader on the health care scene.

As we've grown, our membership too has undergone a maturation process, with a significant number of our early members now at the retirement stage. We need to bring in an influx of new members who will bring a level of energy and enthusiasm to continue to move ASIA forward in carrying out its mission and goals.

We ask you to look around at your institution and help recruit your colleagues to join ASIA. As an incentive, we are offering the following reduction in registration fees for our Annual Meetings in either 2008 or 2009:

If you bring in ....

2 new members (either Full or Associate), receive a 25% decrease in registration fees;
4 new members, receive a 50% decrease;
6 new members, 75% decrease; and
8 new members, registration fee is free.

We've worked hard to streamline our application process, and have outlined those benefits our members receive. All of this is available here on the website.
