General Research & Award Information
The mission of the ASIA Research Committee is to support the full spectrum of research related to the field of SCI/D, acknowledge and encourage investigators to pursue research in this field, and support the distribution and communication of research evidence between basic science and clinical care/practice. ASIA does this through a number of initiatives that you will find on this site. We are currently exploring offering a Research Mentorship Breakfast at the 2012 meeting which would offer new investigators an opportunity to informally meet with established investigators, possibly establish collaborations, and to discuss mentoring.
